About Melvin

Melvin is an up-and-coming Real Estate Agent born and bred in Camden, NJ. Before joining the real estate industry, Melvin served for 4 years in the US Marine Corps, along with 25 years in the Camden, NJ Police Department, with 15 years as a supervisory position.

Melvin’s journey to becoming a real estate agent began when he planned to move his family to North Carolina but struggled to find the perfect agent for his family’s needs. The experience motivated Melvin to join the real estate profession to help clients alleviate the burden of finding their dream home.

With a vast knowledge of the property market, home prices, and tax implications, Melvin understands how imperative it is to consider multiple factors when buying a home. He also understands the potential struggle of finding the ideal home, especially for first-time home buyers, and how to lessen that stress & ensure a smooth process.
